Data retention

Last updated: October 24, 2026

LocalLeaf does not operate a document storage service. Files selected for a tool and generated results are held in the active browser page while you work. The application does not intentionally write them to LocalLeaf servers, cookies, local storage, or an account.

When you finish

Resetting the workspace or leaving the page releases the application’s file and preview references. This does not promise immediate physical erasure from device memory, browser caches, operating-system swap, or other software managed by your device. Downloaded outputs remain under your browser’s normal download settings until you remove them.

Hosting records

Requests to load the website and its software pass through the hosting provider. The provider may keep request and security logs, which can contain connection metadata such as IP address, URL, browser details, and time. Cloudflare handles this information according to its applicable service terms and enabled account features. LocalLeaf does not export website access logs to another storage service. A single retention period does not describe every provider security dataset.

Retention requests

Because LocalLeaf does not receive document contents, it cannot retrieve or delete a document from its servers. Clear downloads or browser data from your own device if you want to remove local copies. For questions about hosting information or support correspondence, contact Hari Krishna at dhoradlaharikrishna@gmail.com. Support correspondence is kept while needed to respond and meet applicable legal or security obligations; unnecessary messages can be considered for deletion on request.
